User Researcher

An exciting opportunity for an experienced User Researcher to join a leading UK banking client looking to create a User Focused Modern Workplace.
This role is hybrid working and requires travel twice a week.
Role/requirements:
• Proven experience in gathering and delivering insights from user research for product development
• Experience with exploratory and evaluative qualitative research methods.
• Experience with quantitative methods like surveys (desirable).
• Proven experience in knowledge management and reporting (desirable)
• Creativity and open-minded approach to research methodologies.
• Banking / Financial Services experience
